BİLİŞİM VADİSİ is a platform where science transforms into technology and technology transforms into products and commercialized. Within this platform, activities to strengthen the ecosystem are conducted in categories such as Mobility, Connectivity Technologies, Cybersecurity, Design Technologies, Smart Cities, and Game Technologies, each with its own unique clusters. Recently, we had the excitement of visiting an organizational structure operating under this mission.
On June 27, within the scope of the Active Office Bilişim Vadisi Training Program in the Eren Bülbül Conference Hall of Information Valley, under the guidance of our expert trainer Mahmut Talha Sağlıklı, we organized a productive training program on ways to stand upright, mistakes that disrupt the natural structure and posture of the body such as hunchback, exercises we can do in the office environment with a stick and resistance band, journeying through our body from feet to head and confronting our own body, ways to stay healthy and fit before getting sick, and ways to correct posture errors that affect our psychology and emotions in daily and work life.
- In the training, we also covered:
- Recognizing bones, muscles, and all body regions,
- The concepts and importance of “Posture” and “Standing,”
- Terms affecting our body health such as forward head syndrome, hunchback posture (kyphosis), disruption of lumbar curvature (lordosis), one leg being shorter than the other, and the way our feet touch the ground and their reasons,
- What we can do against technology and habits that disrupt our posture,
- Live demonstrations and applications of exercises that correct posture disorders with all participants.
We gave resistance bands as gifts to all participants. At the end of the training, we took our classic Active Office pose with our participants.
